Hello XPers and Agilists,
Thank you for your help with the metrics.
- - We are currently considering a presentation on metrics to UJUG. - If you are doing annotations in Java 1.5 we could use your help - Ditto C#
Now on the the business at hand, does anyone have topics they would like to help with. I am currently interested in
RubyOnRails CppUnitTesting CppMock Improving the Metrics code
The only I am currently prepared to present is the metrics code. Let me know what you like, because it is you who make this group great
cheers,
Zhon
I'm interested in seeing what people think of Ruby on Rails as well. Another Ruby topic that some work I did recently brought up would be getting good performance out of Ruby's XML parsers.
I'd be happy to talk about the metrics stuff I've been doing. It is a bit different than what Zhon and Jeff showed last time. Most of it is correlating and visualizing a few metrics (complexity, test coverage, and volatility) to assess risk and communicate lots of data through visualization. This is most useful when you are dealing with large or unfamiliar projects and when communicating with management.
Cheers,
Julias
