Hello fellow Xpers,
It meeting time again.
At the AgileRoundTable, JeffPatton suggested we examine WardCunningham's acceptance testing framework, FIT (FrameworkForIntegratedTesting). I love this idea.
In order to accomplish this we need experts and learners. To become an "expert" start your study with some reading and some downloading. To become a "learner" start in the same place:

Ward is striving for acceptance tests that reveal the customer's requirements similar to how unit tests expose the programmer's design intent.
If you have other topics or suggestions please let me know. It is also possible ChipWhitmer will be able to give a report on his new startup XP company.
cheers,
Zhon
Hey, all. I just tuned it to see what was happening here, and found you all talking about FIT. I've been playing with it for a while in C++, and thinking about trying to create a plugin to get it to work with Fitnesse (http://www.fitnesse.org). Definitely check out fitnesse as well, which lets you write your documentation, fit tests, and commentary on a wiki page, and run your tests from there. Very cool! -- BaB
