This is another way of saying "you have done what you said you would do." No hidden caveats.

The feature in the product is shippable. (Or, whatever your team's work product is, it is finished quality work.)

If you think this will make you go too slow, consider this anecdote: "The last 10% of any software project will take 90% of the budgeted time." Have any of you ever been on that project? Often known as a death march.

Agile principles teach us to pay for that 90% as we go, instead of waiting for the end of the project.

It's better to pay off your debts slowly than to go deeper into debt.
