Jeff Grover has worked in the software industry for over 20 years, and is currently developing military-grade security software for Raytheon. He coaches and consults with companies exploring agile methods (usually with Zhon), and has presented highly interactive sessions at several conferences beginning with XP/Agile Universe 2002, and most recently at AgileRoots 2009 and Agile 2010. The subjects of his presentations have ranged from technical mocking techniques and test-driven katas to applying ideas from autism therapy to the psychology of development team interaction.
