I am a "Senior Software Architect" at Cimarron Software in Salt Lake City. I work with a group that is focused on providing reusable libraries to the rest of the company. This group has been using many practices from the Agile lexicon for a number of years without being aware of the Agile movement directly, until about a year and a half ago. I'm interested in spreading these practices across the company, and having stories from real practice elsewhere is helping a great deal.
