Making XP Work For You
In this workshop, we'll:
- Discuss case studies where XP was applied to improve projects.
- Brainstorm ways where XP can improve your projects.
I'm also giving this workshop at the Utah QA Users Group meeting, Thursday, March 12 at 5:30pm at the Verio Orem office (1203 Research Way, Bldg Q, Orem).
If there's interest, we'll also try our hands at reviewing some proposals for Agile 2009. Good opportunity to see how to write a conference proposal that's likely to be accepted!
