Why is women enrollment in computer science declining?
Physics as an example (bubble burst for women first?) Quality went down, women studying physics dropped.
"It not the co-workers causing the women to be dissatisfied, it is the managers."
"Computer field have managers with no manager skills."
Management skills requires taking advantage of unique skills of their employees (ie., bad managers do not take advantage of the innate skills the minority posses).
