If you were an individual contributor on a team, what would your ideal team experience be like?
Take a few momemts to think about this. Write at least three ideas on index cards. Share your ideas amongst yourselves as teams, see if you come up with any more.
Facilitator now asks for participants to say their ideas. Scribe writes ideas down on flipchart for the whole room to see. Brainstorm for a few moments to get a good list of ideas.
