Password Validator
Accepts a string, returns whether the string can be used in our system for a password.
- Password must be 8 or more characters
- Password must not be greater than 32 characters
- Only ascii characters are allowed
- Spaces are not allowed
- Must have at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one non-alphanumeric character
Password Recommender
If the password they send to validate is invalid, return a valid password suggestion based on their password.
- The suggested password is valid (meets our Password Validator requirements)
- The suggested password is similar to their password
- Some examples of modifications might be:
- Substitute symbol for one or more letters
- Change capitalization of one or more letters
- Add characters if needed
